Bella's wardrobe

Bella has decided she likes to dress herself every morning. Despite it being the middle of Summer, she often comes out dressed like a snowman. She loves all her wooly clothes.

Sleeping Beauty

Zach looks so adorable when he's asleep! Here he is snuggled up with his favourite teddy Russ.

Waterworld

Zach got to go to Waterworld for the first time. He was a little unsure at first but once he was in the water he loved it! We even put his head under a few times and did lots of splashing! His new swim nappy looked super cute too!

Zach's obsession with the laundry drawer

Zach now undestands everything we say to him. He loves helping tidy up. The problem is he's decided that when we tidy up everything should go in the laundry drawer. We catch him putting clean disposables in there, plastic fruit and other toys, clean clothes and even Bella's dolls. He even tried to get his drink bottle in there today.

My pretty boy!

Zach loves Bella's hairclips. He asks to have them put in his hair. He looks so pretty! Matt does not approve! Mind you he was wearing one the other day as well as Zach wanted Daddy to look pretty too!

Oh my goodness Nutella!!!

Zach and Bella both discovered Nutella and were in heaven! I don't think Zach could really believe he was allowed chocolate!

Bella's back at Kindy

It's hard to believe that Bella's been off kindy for 4 weeks. She was very excited about going back for her first day!

Evan comes to play!

Evan (Bella's kindy friend) came over to play in the holidays. Bella and Zach were both fascinated by his little brother Caleb. Zach likes babies nearly as much as Bella. He made sure Caleb had a toy, was rocking him and giving him kisses! What a sweet little boy!

Tom the cat!

Bella and Zach just loves cats. We do intend to get one some day! I'm just looking out for the perfect one and trying to come to terms with the devasation I know cats cause.

Our leather furniture is completely ruined since we had Zanzi and now we've got our dining chairs covered in very expensive material I'm a little bit worried about getting a kitten! Lucky they're super cute!

In the meantime, Bella and Zach love cuddling Tom (Alex and Mackenzie's cat) and watching out for Charlie (a big ginger neighbourhood cat).

Zach just loves putting on hats. He looks super cute in the Santa hat!

Carrycot fun

Zach loves climbing into his baby carrycot and having me swing him. He doesn't have red hair, it's a golden blonde like Mummy and Bella's.

Funny faces

Zach thinks it's hillarious to squish his face against the glass doors. He does look pretty funny!

Corn Glorious Corn

Bella and Zach just love corn cobs! Zach thinks they make the best teething rusks. Zach is generally a very good sharer but when it comes to corn he won't share with anyone!

I swear Zach is the messiest eater in the world. I have decided he really might be Jesus Christ as he manages to turn a little bit of food into a huge mess. I have faith he could feed the 5000 with 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish.

Who me?

Zach is soooo cute! At the moment his favourite thing in the world is to steal the cherry tomatoes off the deck! Unfortunately, most of them are still green so he ends up wasting lots and lots of tomatoes!

Zach and Max

Zach has been taking a real interest in Bella's dolls lately. He would love his own pram. I tried to convince Matt that he wanted one for Christmas but Matt said he could use his trolley! I think he looks a bit like a pirate in this shot! Not his best look!

Dress up time!

We've planning on buying Zach his own life jacket but in the mean time he loves putting on Bella's. Like Bella when she was young he loves clips.

River time

The kids are loving the river this summer! It such a great place to swim!

Marshall's Animal Park and Maclaren Falls

Yesterday we went on a fun day out to Marshall's Animal Park and Maclaren Falls.

Bella and Zach enjoyed feeding all the animals and playing on the swings and flying fox. Bella even got to ride a pony which Zach was very jealous of! He kept chasing the horses round trying to get a ride. We're not totally sure if it was the horse or helmet he wanted. He just loves hats!

We were pretty hot after lots of fun in the sun so we took a dip in Maclaren falls which was very refreshing!

We finished our perfect day with dinner out at Don Buri Ya! It was a nice way to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary!

Daddy is getting old!

It was Daddy's Birthday on Thursday. He had a pretty good day!

We got him presents and then he kayaked to and from work for his half day. While he was at work Bella and I iced him a yummy carrot cake. In the afternoon Michelle and Dave and the twins came over and then we had drinks with some other friends to celebrate Daddy turning 34!!!
