Gardening!

We have been sorting out our front gardens and planting some large screening trees. Zach calls our new trees Hokey Tokey trees (they're really Titoki trees). He's hoping they'll give us a large crop of Hokey Pokey! I think he's going to be quite disappointed.

School Renunion

All my school friends seemed to come back to Hamilton in May. Unfortunately, Ellie and Sonya couldn't make it to this catch up but I saw them separately in May as well.  Nicky bought some yummy cupcakes for us all to enjoy. It was nice to get some pictures with the kids.

Takeaways with the Morris', MaCaskils' and Kate.

We enjoyed takeways at Dave and Michelle's on Friday night. Gosh it seems everytime we meet there are more and more kids! This time Campbell and Lucia are the new additions. It's nice to get a picture of the 3 older girls together. This has become a 6 monthly/yearly tradition depending on when Jenni visits from Wellington with the kids.

Lucia 1.5 months old

Despite being our 3rd child there's no shortage of baby photos of Lucia. She's such a lovely easy happy baby and all the family love her to bits!

 

 

Meeting Morgan

Miffy bought Morgan over to visit from Australia. She's 3 weeks and 1 day older than Lucia! Here they are enjoying some mat time together.

Sonya and Iggy!

Sonya and Iggy came for lunch to meet Lucia. It was so nice to catch up with them. I wish we got to see them more. Auckland isn't that far away but with kids everything is a mission.

Horse riding

Every Monday after ballet Bella and Zach always want to ride on the horse on the way back to the car. Luckily they haven't discovered that if you put money in it it moves.

Fejoa Hunting

Here Lucia is getting ready for her first Fejoa hunt. We have a family tradition of walking to the fejoa tree in Braithwaite park and filling up shopping bags with yummy fejoas. They're a family favourite!
