Bella and I made Afghans the other day! They were really hard to make stick together with all those cornflakes but they tasted delicious!

Kiska
Bella and Zach both love Nanny and Grandad's new cat! She's got a lovely nature! Zach managed to get her to curl up on his lap for snuggles. Unfortunately, she wasn't too fond of my camera flash and bolted before I could get a good photograph!

Tomatoes
We've planted our cherry tomatoes for the Summer. They're going to be delicious - I can't wait! Hopefully we get some very prosperous plants again! Yum!

Box Feet
Zach loves shoes. When he's not wearing Bella's sparkly gold dress up shoes he's taken to wearing boxes on his feet.

Bella at Kindy
On Friday Bella had a shared morning tea at Kindy. She showed me how she was getting on with the monkey bars. She can get to two but not often much further. One day she actually did 5 in a row but that seems to have been a major fluke! Every day we get an update on where she got to with the monkey bars! She's definitely not someone who gives up! She just keep trying and trying!

PJ Party at Playgroup!
On the last day or term we had a PJ party at Playgroup! Michelle and I (and the Co-ordinator) were the only adults who went in their PJs! Lucky we have no shame!

Zach and his friends!
Zach had his friends Connor and Jacob over for a playdate! We haven't had a photo with the twins for a long time! The boys are all getting so big!
Climbing up Daddy!
Zach has decided that one of his favourite activities is climbing up Daddy! He's so proud when he gets to the top of Mount Daddy!
Inflatable World
Nanny took Vinnie, Bella, Zach and I to Inflatable World in Cambridge! The kids had fun jumping on the bouncy castles! I even tried them out!

Keeley and Oscar's Farm
We love visiting our friends Keeley and Oscar at the farm. The kids get to feed the chickens and play on all their outdoor equipment. I think Zach would like his own chickens and Daddy is pretty keen too.

Zach's Imaginary Games
Zach keeps himself busy in his cot playing imaginary games. In this photo he's climbed behind his cot bumper and is apparently riding in a car with teddy as the driver. Cute!
Gardening!
Bella and Zach helped Daddy get our mini vegetable garden underway in the weekend. Zach wanted to go outside and when Matt asked him what he wanted to do he said "plant some wheat". In his tractor book they plant wheat and he thinks it's funny. We suggested we could plant peas and beans instead which he seemed to be happy with. He also got to test out his new blue gumboots.
The Miniature Trains
On Sunday we enjoyed riding on the miniature trains. We were celebrating Zach using his potty! He managed to be fill up his sticker chart! He now knows what the potty is for but we won't be toilet training him until it's summer time. Zach was a bit stunned at first but he thought the trains were great. He especially liked going through the tunnels.

Fathers' Day
Bella and I thought Matt had no idea that it was Fathers' Day on Sunday. It turns out he did so our surprise wasn't quite so exciting. On Fathers' Day morning we gathered all the cards and his new electric toothbrush and came out to the kitchen and shouted "Surprise". It seems he'd managed to find the lemon fudge hidden in the fridge- I only bake for special occasions - and Bella had mentioned a few days back that she had something special for him on Sunday. Oh well he was still impressed with his 6 cards and fancy new toothbrush.
We had a lovely day in Raglan enjoying the sand and rock pools. We enjoyed it so much that we booked to stay for a week at the campground over Christmas and New Year.
In the evening Nanny and Grandad came over for Indian Takeaways which were delicious!
