Zach finally has his own new pram! He's been wanting one since he was about 7 months old and could walk along with a trolley. It's taken us a while to convince Matt that it's a neccessity.
If we ever go to Nanny's house he spends hours playing with her pram and Bella and him are often fighting over her big pram. Bella and Zach looked very cute pushing their prams around the neighbourhood on Saturday.

Zach the Fairy
It's not his best look - but here Zach is dressed up as a Fairy! He's a sustainable fairy doing his good deeds by bike!
Zach at Playcentre
Zach and I thought we'd try going to playcentre but after one session we realised it wasn't for us. The session was too long for Zach and he didn't get to play with Mummy because she was too busy. He did enjoy the scones and jam at the end of the session but we've decided playgroup is more us!

Bella's First Movie!
In the weekend, I took Bella to her very first movie - Peter Pan! She has amazing concentration. She loved having her own box of popcorn to eat! It was nice to do something just with the girls! We managed to fit in some shopping too!

Zach the little Daddy!
Zach is such a loving little boy! He loves to help to look after all Bella's kids! Here he is with Max in the carrycot on his back!
Mothers Day
I had a lovely Mothers Day. I got some slippers from Bella and a new drink bottle from Zach as well as a magazine subscription. In the morning we went to Aqua Playgym before enjoying Waffles for brunch. After lunch, Nanny, Granday and Uncle Ali popped in to visit and then Bella and I joined them and the Johnston family down at Callum Brae for a play. While the Roast Beef was cooking we all took a walk around the neighbourhood - my first walk in 6 weeks! Yay!
Star Light Star Bright
Zach and Bella love reciting "Star light, star bright, first star I see tonight, wish I may, wish I might, have the wish I wish tonight" while looking at the stars before bed. It has been particularly exciting lately as the international space station has been visible for a few minutes each night!
Playcentre at Home!
To entertain the kids the other day I made them some blue and green goo! They thought it was lots of fun painting the table and chairs! However, it wasn't so much fun to clean up afterwards. I've decided I might need to take Zach back to playcentre. I think it's best to make a mess somewhere else!
Bella the Builder
Another property on our street is putting in a retaining wall. It's quite exciting with diggers and trucks. Bella scooters past it on her way to and from kindy so she has become quite fascinated with what they're doing. She's been making lots of playdough retaining walls - digging the holes, putting in the posts, adding the concrete, putting in the boards and nails etc. I particularly liked this colourful creation.
Crazy Zach
Zach loves to do things differntly and is always trying to make us laugh! In these photos he's decided he can fit in one of the toy kitchen cupboards, wedge himself under the car and ride his bike upside down. He's also a fan of trying to climb in the toy car through the back window and go up the stairs backwards. He'll do anything to get a reaction.
Clown Mouths
Bella and Zach look just like clowns with their orange mouths! T
hey often have us in fits of laughter with their sayings. Bella asked for some more icecream the other day and Matt said she couldn't have anymore to which she replied "I get what I want when you're not here". Hmmm, it seems I'm the soft parent!
Zach is learning is some sayings too such as "Stop it Daddy" and when he's ruining Bella's play and she says "Stop it, I don't like it", he continues what he's doing and yells back "Stop it, I like it".

Carol
Carol has been helping us since I've had a broken leg. The kids have been loving getting extra attention. Here they are enjoying some painting with Carol.
Aunty Sarah's Birthday!
It was Aunty Sarah's Birthday so Bella made her a card and wrapped up her gift. I made her some cupcakes for morning tea and Bella, Alex and I all sung Happy Birthday. Zach was asleep but when he woke up we sung some more Happy Birthdays as it's one of his favourite songs. Later, after Aunty Sarah had left I heard him sitting in his car singing Happy Birthday. He sounds so cute singing - I must get it on video one day!

Bella's kids!
Bella is such a good Mummy! Here is a photo of her looking after all her babies in order from left to right: Kashaleen, Zach, Bindy, Max, Izzy, Lauren and Rosie. She certainly makes it look easy!
