Going to the Ballet with Nanny

On Friday night Nanny took me to the Ballet! We got to watch to Mackenzie and Aunty Sarah dance. I thought it was fabulous. I was so excited when Mummy and Daddy picked me up. I told Mummy "Mackenzie was the small one and Aunty Sarah was the big one".

Bubby Lulu's trip to Health Camp

Bubby Lulu has gone on a trip to health camp at Nanny's house! Nanny is fattening her up and getting her some new pink togs as she was getting very thin and her togs were getting holes in them.

Our trip to Coromandel

We went for a long weekend to Coromandel so Daddy could do the Kauri Run. Daddy did really well and won the Open Men's Section for the 13km route. Next year he wants to do 32km. We had fun going for bush walks, and playing at the beach and the playground.

After Mummy had finished getting dressed in the morning in a pink maternity top I said "that's a lovely top, where did you get it?" Mummy said "Aunty Sarah lent it to me" and I said "did Aunty Sarah grow out of it?". Whale like Mummy thought it was funny. However, skinny Aunty Sarah wasn't too impressed!

My new umbrella!

I'm now 2 and quarter. To celebrate Nanny bought me my own pair of scissors, an umbrella and a puzzle. I just love my umbrella and I insist on taking it everywhere. I wish it would rain more so I could test it out properly. I've been using my new scissors lots too. Cutting is one of my favourite things. I spend hours trimming the hedge!

Charlie

There is a nice ginger pussycat who lives down the road. We named him Charlie years ago but apparently his real name is Gus. I love seeing him when we go out walking!

I wasn't very co-operative when Mummy was trying to get a picture of me in a Santa hat but she did get one pretty picture.

My new sunglasses

I've got new sunglasses so I've decided Izzy can have my old ones!

Hair accessories

Mummy bought me some new hairclips! I like to put lots of them in my hair at once. Bindy also looks great with hairclips. Unfortunately Izzy has no hair to put them in.

Christmas is coming!

It's less than 6 weeks until Christmas now which means I'll hopefully have a little baby brother or sister soon! Mummy is planning on getting the baby out before Christmas.

Helping Daddy in the Garden

Mummy and Daddy have been busy doing lots of chores around the house. I think Mummy is nesting and wants the house to be lovely! I love helping Daddy in the garden especially when I get to cut the hedge with scissors.

Postage stickers

Mummy and I went to the post office to send a present to Dom (Izzy's little brother). While Mummy was busy getting the package ready I covered myself and Bubby Lulu in postage stickers. The ladies at the post office thought it was hillarious. I wasn't keen on going in the post box though.

Dinner with Lilah, Fifi and Michael

On Thursday we had a BBQ to celebrate Nicky being home from Hong Kong! Lilah came over with her Mummy and Daddy and brought Bubby Lulu's friends Fifi and Michael. I was so excited about them coming over all day. In the morning I drew a picture of all the bath dolls with the colour togs they wear - pink for Bubby Lulu, orange for Fifi and blue for Michael. Lilah and I had lots of fun playing together.

My playdate with Keeley!

On Saturday morning Keeley and I had a playdate at the lake. We had fun going on the swings and down the slide and doing lots of climbing. Our Mummies bought us chocolate milk and we even got to feed the ducks!

Aqua playgym with Vinnie!

Vinnie and I love the water! Our Mummies took us to aqua playgym and we had lots of fun! We'll be going back again soon!
