Auckland - Day 4

On our last day in Auckland we went for a walk down by the waterfront. We saw the harbour bridge and went and visited the bridge that lifts up hoping to watch it go up again.

Auckland - Sky Tower and Visiting Friends

On Day 3 of our Auckland trip we went up the Sky Tower, went to the playground with Ellie and Sonya and their kids and enjoyed dinner at Kate, Carlos and Lucien's house.

Auckland - Our Trip to Rangitoto

On Day 2 of our trip to Auckland we took the ferry out to Rangitoto Island and walked all the way to the top. The landscape was very rocky and rugged. We enjoyed some beautiful views of Auckland city! The ferry ride was very windy but lots of fun! On the way home we got to see the bridge that lifted up to let the boats out of the marina. The kids thought it was awesome!
