Mia and Chloe come to play!

On Waitangi Day, Mia and Chloe came over to play. The kids all had a great time on Bella's waterslide she got for Christmas. Zach thought it was hillarious watching the girls racing for the flag!

Nad and Rene and the boys!

Nad and Rene were over from Australia for Rene's Dad's 70th. We got to see them for dinner. Nad cooked us delicious home made pizzas and we took chocolate brownie, ice cream and berries for dessert. Yum! Here's a picture of the the kids laughing at Nad's singing!

Bella's Playdate with Abbey!

In the holidays Bella had her friend Abbey over from Kindy. It was Bella's first playdate where the Mummy didn't stay. Bella and Abbey had a great morning together.

Sonya, Max and Iggy!

Sonya, Max and Iggy came to visit the other morning. We hadn't met Iggy before. He's a very happy baby and has the cutest chubby cheeks. Max loved Zach's car and kept saying he was "driving" in a very deep voice for a 2 year old!

Mackenzie's lost her front tooth!

Cousin Mackenzie came to play on Tuesday but she was missing one of her front teeth. Bella was very excited that she came to pick her up from Kindy and loved having her over to play. Come back and visit soon Mac!

Bella's First Hair Cut

Well it's taken nearly four and half years but Bella has now had her very first haircut. It grows in spirals so there really has been no need to cut it but we thought we should get it done to ensure that it doesn't split. No one can really tell she's had it cut as they just took off the tiniest amount. The kids got lollipops at the end of the haircut which they thought was great.

Anniversary Weekend in Auckland

We went to Auckland for the long weekend. We were lucky enough to have free accommodation thanks to Ali and Lee being in Queenstown. All we had to do was feed and cuddle Angel the cat!

We took a trip to Piha Beach with Kate and Lucien, we went to Kelly Tarltons, we had fish and chips with friends, we visited some playgrounds. we rode on a bus and we walked around the viaduct looking at boats. It was a very relaxing break.
