Hahei Beach Holiday - Hot Water Beach!

Zach thought Hot Water Beach was awesome. It was like a big sandpit with nice warm water. I think he would have been happy to live there!

Hahei Beach Holiday - The MaCaskils

On a second day in Hahei we got to see the MaCaskils who were staying nearby in Cooks Beach. We went to their house for lunch and the kids enjoyed playing with water balloons. In the afternoon, they came over to Hahei Beach for a swim. Bella and Lilah looked pretty cute in their matching togs!

Hahei Beach Holiday

We spent 8 days in Hahei in the caravan! We were lucky enough to get lovely sunny weather. Since we've returned home, Summer seems to have ended and it's been a bit cold and rainy!

Hahei beach is very beautiful. We enjoyed lots of swimming! Zach liked playing in the warm sand but wasn't keen on the cold water and the waves. Bella was a complete fish as usual staying in the water until she was purple. Bella was really good at boggie boarding and lots of people commented on how confident she was in the waves.
