Bella go round!

Bella had a turn on the merry go round at the Base. She thought it was lots of fun! We managed to drum up quite a few customers with her smiling away.

Room for two!

Bella also thinks Zach's new bike is rather cool! Lucky both of them can fit on it at once. Mind you Zach isn't too impressed when Bella takes control!

Zach's fabulous pirate ship!

Zach loves his new pirate ship. It has already provided hours and hours of entertainment! We're very happy with our new purchase.

Bye Bye crawling, Zach's a professional walker!

Zach took his first step at 9 months and 1 week but after falling over quite a few times he decided it was safer to crawl. He then started walking again at 10 months but his left leg was still on an odd angle so he just dragged it along. After quite a few osteo appointments, he's now in alignment and is walking everywhere! Where did my baby go?

Bella discovers Goody Goody Gumdrops!

We bought some Goody Goody Gumdrops icecream for Zach's birthday party but we had so much going on there wasn't enough time for icecreams. We got it out the for dessert and Bella was so excited that she got to eat both lollies and icecream together. She was jumping up and down and giggling away.

A few days later she converted Zach to icecream. He was a little hesistant at first. He doesn't usually like to eat cold things and he hasn't had a huge amount of dairy in his time given his digestive issues but he decided it was pretty good.

Christmas is coming!

Bella and I have been busy wrapping Christmas presents, making an advent calendar and writing to  Santa. We've also been busy making sure we get a few Christmas cards sent out. We've also been having fun dressing up in Christmas outfits!

Grandad's proposed cat!

Grandad almost got a cat! All seven grandchildren went with him to choose one at the SPCA and he nearly got one called "Rocket". However, he got cold feet after talking to the staff and realising that his leather furniture would be in tatters if he got a kitten. The hunt is still on for a cat! Watch this space!
