A weekend at Mount Maunganui

Matt has been asking to go to the beach every weekend so we finally gave in and said we'd go! We have a lovely time at Mount Maunganui playing in the big sandpit! Bella and Daddy even braved the icy cold water! Zach and I much preferred the warm spa pool!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Michelle and the Twins

Zach and Bella love going to Michelle's house to play with the twins and Moochie (the cat) and Baxter (the dog). Despite being a month and a half older, Zach weighs 2-3kgs lighter than these big boys! He's still taller than them but I don't think it will last!

Biking down the River!

Now Zach is big enough to fit a helmet we can go on our biking adventures again! We biked down the River and had a picnic. Bella and Daddy found a very tall tree to climb.

 

 

Cuddles for Bella

Zach and I went to wake up Bella. Zach was so sweet giving her lots of cuddles. He's such a cuddly baby! She kept sleeping despite our best efforts to wake her up!

Zach's First Painting!

Zach did his first painting the other day! Boy was that a messy experience! We had paint everywhere but he seemed to have a good time!

Mmmm Pizza!

Now I'm back on dairy, pizza is back on the menu! Bella is really good at helping me make gourmet pizzas!

If Zach had his way he'd live outside! He loves his sandpit, the hose, the swing and trying to destroy all the plants in the pots! He stands by the door waiting for me to let him out onto the deck just like a little puppy dog!
