Alex starts playcentre with me!

Today my cousin Alex started coming to my playcentre! Unfortunately, it was raining so we didn't get to play outside but we had lots of fun in the water trough, playing on the slide and painting.

Playcentre is back!

Yay, I got to go to Playcentre today after 3 weeks off! It was an action packed session with finger painting, collage, playdough, bubbles, dancing and music. When I got home, I jumped in my car from the toy library with two bags (no we don't travel light) and said I was off to Playcentre. Lucky we get to go again tomorrow.

Happy Mother's Day Mummy

On Sunday, it was Mother's day so I sang Mummy Happy Birthday. Hmmm - it is one of my favourite songs. I bought Mummy some really pretty flowers and Daddy and I cooked her some yummy pancakes. We got to go biking and feed the ducks too.

On Saturday we visited Nanny for Mother's Day and took her presents and flowers as well. I love playing at Nanny's house.

21 months and no more Milk Mummies

Well it's official - I'm weaned! It's been a long time coming but Mummy has finally convinced me that the Milk Mummies have dried up! Since giving up the Milk Mummies, I'm very insistent that I'm not a baby anymore, I'm a big girl.

I've got taller and I'm quite proud that I can reach the lights and dimmer switch and I still love opening all the doors.

I've had a few turns on the big potty (the real toilet) which I think is absolutely fabulous. There will be no transition problems for me.

I'm becoming more confident without Mummy. Grandad took me to the playground the other day and I didn't even bat an eyelid about leaving Mummy.

Dr Bella

Easter Bunny bought me a medical kit. I love making people better. My thermometer measures my toys and Mummy's temperature at 44 degrees and sometimes I find pink or even green ears!! Luckily I have a cure all medicine in my syringe. I don't have a doctors outfit but I've discovered the bag makes a great hat.

My big bath

For the first time this week, I got to try out the big bath. I think it's fantastic as I can fit all my toys in it and I can swim or paddle kick as I call it. Bye bye baby bath, this big girl is moving on!

Aiden comes to visit

Mummy's friend Michelle came all the way from London to visit. She has a little baby called Aiden who is very cute. We're looking forward to when they come to live in Hamilton next year.
